I would not recommend Johnsons Skoda Stourbridge because of issues with the car after purchase, I have experienced extremely poor after care service, initially when calling and having to leave a voicemail, which was not responded to, then following a repeated call at a later date, I did receive a call back where I was able to explain issues to the sales executive. I was advised someone would be in touch and after 2 weeks have not had a call back to have the reported problems investigated. Meanwhile the Skoda Karoq has been stalling on multiple occasions whilst driving and the hand brake has failed to engage twice.

Johnsons Skoda Stourbridge were helpful because salesman Sam was very helpful and professional, car was in excellent condition when we arrived for test drive , good test drive , purchased the car very smooth car ready as agreed in good condition, my only complaint was in the price for the car no road tax was included, it’s an additional cost that should be added in the purchase price as you can’t drive away without, disappointed with the extra cost ,
